Love is here. Love loves. Unconditional, unlimited. Overwhelmingly beautiful to the mind.
Space holds everything, things arise in and out of space, similar to 'god'. Profoundly blissful.
Love and Space can be perceived everyhere, and everynow, if we've done the work. What blocks the perception of Love and Space is the mind's defences. When the mind is out of the way, open and receptive enough, Awareness is on Love. When awareness de-fuses de-congeals away from all experience: sights, sounds, touch, thoughts, imagination, energy/emotion. Awareness can be on Space
The Mind
The point is not to destroy the mind. The mind is a tool. Like a sharp knife. The sharpness is like intelligence. Dissecting this and that. The mind can be stowed away in the pocket. But for most humans, the mind swings around most of the day, cutting up not only problems, but also loved ones. For many things in existence, the knife is not the appropriate tool.

Being with no mind
Being is a non doing, not physically but in the mind
Not physically still in touch/hearing and sight. But internally still in emotion/inner talk and imagination. Not the world being still, not being still in the world, just still inside. Being still inside, in the midst of movement on the outside.
Stillness in emotion - Emotions are a bleeding, a wound that can be triggered and gush out. Stillness of emotion involves healing emotional pain body & getting to the thinking that is at the root of the emotional system.
Stillness in thought and imagination - The mind is a survival machine. Stillness of thought and imagination involves dismantling beliefs and defence systems.
Another word for a non doing of the mind is: surrender, or a full acceptance
Doing with no mind
Another word for doing/action with no mind is Discipline.
Discipline is not harsh. Discipline is clean. Like the discipline of brushing teeth.
The discipline of brushing teeth would involve:
no unpleasant emotional motivators - that if I don't brush my teeth today I feel guilty,
no negative thoughts - that beat myself up that I am bad if I don't brush my teeth.
no procrastination thoughts - I'll brush the teeth the next time I'm in the bathroom
no distracting thoughts - of let's watch that TV episode first before I brush my teeth
no choice - of if I should brush my teeth or not
Habit of no mind
Practicing being in the world and doing things in the world with no mind leads to a habit of no mind. Enlightenment involves a surrendered state permanently. A strong habit is like two permanent magnets stuck together. It's is possible to change, but there are strong forces that keep it going
